These Terms govern your use of Resonance. By creating an account or joining a match, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
01 The game
Resonance is a spectrum-guessing party game — a Psychic gives one clue for a hidden target and everyone else races to place a pointer near it. It's provided as-is and may change, be paused, or be discontinued at any time.
02 Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Resonance.
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, whether you use Sign in with Apple, email, or anonymous guest play.
03 Your content
Clues, guesses, and your display name stay yours. By submitting them, you grant us a license to store, display, and show them to the other players in your match, solely to run the game.
04 Purchases
Spectrum packs and other in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google under their own terms. Purchases unlock in-app content only, have no cash value, and aren't transferable between accounts. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their standard policies.
05 Player safety & conduct
- Don't cheat, exploit bugs, or automate gameplay.
- Don't harass other players — you can block anyone directly from a match, and we may act on bug reports or contact requests flagging abuse.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
06 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using Resonance and request account deletion at any time — see Privacy Policy for how.
07 Disclaimers & liability
Resonance is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
08 Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
